Digital Flows was born with a clear belief: work should feel smooth, clear and structured, not chaotic.
As project managers in life science we have been investing a lot in streamlining our process, connecting teams, and simplifying tools to make collaboration smoother.
Along the way, we saw the same challenges were encountered in many organizations by many people at different roles : too many systems, too little visibility, and teams losing an impressive amount of time on trying to find or report the correct information instead of making progress.
We created Digital Flows to help organizations reclaim clarity and efficiency. Today, we support our customers in turning complexity into simplicity and help teams focusing on what truly drives added value.
After earning a PhD in Ecotoxicology from the University of Liège in 2013, with a focus on endocrine-disrupting compounds, I began my career studying population exposure to pesticides as Project Manager at ISSeP, a public scientific institute.
My passion for project management grew as I transitioned to the pharmaceutical sector, where I led complex international projects from R&D to GMP manufacturing. I helped establish a Project Management Office, streamline workflows, and implement Smartsheet to improve project planning, execution, and monitoring across departments. That was just the beginning—soon, I was driving process reviews and developing digital solutions for Procurement, Health & Safety, and Logistics, among others, unlocking efficiency and transparency across the organization.
In 2024, I co-founded Digital Flows with Davide to help companies transform work management. Our mission: deliver intuitive, ergonomic solutions that empower teams and maximize impact.

I started my journey in my beautiful Palermo (Italy) as a Molecular Biologist, ultimately earning my PhD in Molecular Medicine from Pisa University in 2011.
Moving to Liège in 2008, for a scientific collaboration started during my PhD, was the start of an amazing chapter. When the chance for an international experience came up, I didn’t hesitate—I embraced it fully!
Since then, Liège has been my new home, and I’ve focused myself on Life Science Project Management across diverse organisations (CRO, Pharmaceutical, CDMO)
My professional experience spans from Pre-Clinical animal Research and GMP Drug Manufacturing to Phase III Clinical Trials. All those years allowed me to build a wealth of expertise.
Today, since 2024, I’m thrilled to take on this entrepreneurial challenge with Digital Flows !

Our goal is to make collaboration simple, transparent and effective. We start by understanding customer challenges and gathering key information about tasks, people, and objectives to get a clear picture of how your teams operate.
We then build a digital workflows, define roles and responsibilities, and design solutions in Smartsheet that centralize timelines, budgets, and resources for example. We test everything together to ensure a perfect fit and we scale up later.
Finally, we train teams for long-term adoption, autonomy and continuous improvement. Our step-by-step, iterative approach helps organizations improve productivity, enhance communication, and boost team engagement.
